Prime Minister Hoti hosted EU Special Representative Miroslav Lajčák

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti, hosted today the Special Representative of the European Union for the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue and other Western Balkan regional issues, Miroslav Lajčák.

The topic of discussion during this meeting was the dialogue process between Kosovo and Serbia, where Prime Minister Hoti specified the fact that the Government remains committed to this process, which should result to mutual recognition.

“We must reach a final agreement by mutual recognition, for the normalization of relations between the two countries, in order to close a chapter and ensure the perspective of further European integration,” said Prime Minister Hoti.

Prime Minister Hoti highly appreciates the commitment of Mr Lajčák and has expressed readiness for a constructive role of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo in this process.
