Prime Minister Hoti sees closely the damages caused by the floods of the Sitnica River in Vushtrri

The Acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr Avdullah Hoti, visited today the municipality of Vushtrri to be closely informed on the damages caused to this municipality by the recent rainfall.

Accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Driton Selmanaj, and the Mayor of Vushtrri, Mr Xhafer Tahiri, Prime Minister Hoti visited the bridge over the river Sitnica, near the Sheet Metal Factory, to see closely the damages caused by the outflow of this river bed.

On this occasion, he announced that he will develop a meeting tomorrow with the mayors of all municipalities to discuss the damages caused by the floods and to establish a Committee of Evaluation of these damages.

Prime Minister Hoti once again congratulated the KSF, the Emergency Agency and the local staff which are constantly on the site monitoring the situation and providing assistance to citizens and families affected by the floods.
