Full speech of the Prime Minister Hoti at the conference:

Good evening everyone!
Please allow me to thank you all for this interest expressed! Today we were honoured to receive the delegation from the USA, headed by Ambassador Grenell, at the Government of Kosovo.. It was a special honour to meet with a delegation of key US agencies to implement the agreement we reached in Washington on 4 September.
I believe that their presence today says one thing, it shows the determination and seriousness of President Trump, his Administration, Ambassador and all his associates, for the implementation of an agreement that is rightly considered a historic agreement, a very big step towards the finalization of the final agreement between the two countries.

We had an extensive and detailed conversation on all points of the agreement. My pleasure and honour to say that we will move quickly to implement this agreement. A new economic momentum has already been created in Kosovo and in the region and together with this new economic momentum, I believe that we will move forward in the normalization of political relations as well.

This agreement we have reached, will create thousands of new jobs, will transform Kosovo and the region into the most integrated region in terms of infrastructure and economic development.

We are fully committed as a government, we have made the necessary preparations and now we expect that in the upcoming weeks, specifically the relevant ministers in the government, together with the US Administration, to move concretely in the implementation of the agreement.

Attached is the joint Kosovo-US joint statement, signed by Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti and the Chief Executive Officer of the US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) Adam Boehler.
